Sunvivi is a top notch company and their customer service is the best. I purchased this from Amazon and I had used this roasting pan for several things this summer for canning with great success.Absolutely love it, it heats up fast and I love the blue color. The price was great and it worked beautifully Unfortunately the insert had gotten ruined because a plastic liner turkey bag was used during Thanksgiving creating a plastic turkey that will be talked about for years to come which then melted plastic to the sides of the insert. I contacted the company and they offered to replace it with all the correct information given. You can’t beat that for great service. Thank you Sunvivi I will recommend you to others. I wish I could give you more than 5 stars 🤗

Bought this as a panini maker, but it happened to be great little grill.Use it at least few times a week, with the same predictable results, never fails.
8 minutes for perfect chicken breast (for sandwich or main course, made my life easier.It became my favorite machine on my kitchen))).
Little issue i had with it,was resolved quickly with help of representative Cherry,so I can happily continue to use it.
Received as gift December 2025 ... wasn't sure what to expect but was really impressed! Several bags being included with the vacuum was great, we could begin using it immediatel ... after cleaning, charging, etc of course. Being rechargeable made our day & the dishwasher safe reusable bags, outstanding!
