1. Shipping Coverage

SUNVIVI currently ships only within the continental United States (48 contiguous states).
We do NOT ship to the following areas:

1Alaska (AK)

Hawaii (HI)

Puerto Rico (PR)

Guam

U.S. Virgin Islands

APO/FPO/DPO military addresses

Any other U.S. territories or remote islands

2. Shipping Fees

Free Standard Shipping is offered on all orders delivered within the continental US.

No minimum purchase is required.

Expedited shipping (if available at checkout) requires an additional fee, Please contact SUNVIVI directly to confirm availability and fees at support@sunvivi.com.

3. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1 business days

Orders shipped within 1–5 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

Standard Shipping｜Free

East Coast: 2–3 business days

Central US: 2–4 business days

West Coast: 2–5 business days

5. Customs & Import Taxes

All orders ship domestically within the US, so no customs duties or import taxes apply.

If SUNVIVI expands to international shipping in the future, tax responsibilities will be updated accordingly.
