Turkey Burgers

INGREDIENT

1 pound ground turkey
½ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon dried oregano
½ teaspoon garlic powder
8 oz mozzarella cheese, sliced
1 large tomato, sliced
½ cup chopped artichoke hearts
½ cup roasted red peppers, sliced
Whole-wheat buns
 

INSTRUCTIONS(STEPS)

  1. In a large mixing bowl, mix ground turkey, salt, pepper, oregano, basil, and garlic powder in a large mixing bowl. Mix together, forming 3-4 patties.
  2. Add patties to your oven pan on a medium-high heat until cooked through.
  3. Place cooked burgers on buns, then top with slice of mozzarella cheese, tomato slices, artichoke hearts, and roasted red peppers.
  4. Top with bun and enjoy!
